How Can Hemorrhoids And An Anal Fissure Be Treated?

About a year ago I developing symptoms of a hemoroids then the symptoms left without a problem now it turned into a fissure tear and I did everything my doctor said with fiber and I notice my anus hole is tight with the fissure tear basically hanging do I need surgery at this point ?

Anal fissure with hemorrhods may be treated with lifestyle changes with diet modification.

Take high fibre diet and regular exercise.

Use stool softeners and bulk-forming agents.

Use syrup lactulose.

If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and plan for surgery.
