How Can Headache On The Left Side Along With Nausea Indicate?

i have a head ache on the left side of my head going down my neck along with this i have a roar in my hears and a little nauseau have had xrays of neck ct scan of head and nothing is showing up been having this for before christmas doctors do not seam to find out what this is and I have taken many many different kinds of medicine please help

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Unilateral headache and nausea is because of migraine. Initially you can take tablet Ibuprofen as and when needed. If not cured tablet Tryptomer at bed time will help you.
