Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. I have had toe fungus for quite some time and have taken many steps to get rid of it. My last 2 months have been applying fungi-nail faithfully every day as well as soaking my feet in a mixture of water/vinegar. I make sure to change my socks as well as wash my feet daily with no improvement. Where do I go from here?
Hello,my name is Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern. Some advices that I can give to you are: -Use topical antifungal medication (a drug placed directly on the skin). -Use oral prescripted drugs (those taken by mouth). -The feet must be kept clean and dry since the fungus thrives in moist environments. Hope it helps. Kind regards!
