Hi, You have frequent urination problem but this is happening just once a month you are mentioning... Excess stressful situation, drinking more water leads to more urination which is physiological ... If the frequent problem then you can get done USG prevoided and postvoided residual urine in the bladder... If post voided urine above normal limit then bladder might not able to fully evacuating urine...or there might be compression from prostatic enlargement.... Urinary stenosis also one of the cause. Cystitis or uniray tract infection also can lead frequent urination... So if repeated urination problem more, consult urologist for it.... According to cause treatment can be given.
