I have a serious problem. I can t hold my farts in and lately I can t even feel them coming. I will just be be greeted by this ungodly stink and I know it s me. Or it will be that long loud fact sounding like bubbles on a race. I m constantly constipated. When I go to the toilet nothing happens What could be the course. I

please reduce your dairy products and fatty foods ...keep your mouth closed while chewing foods ..avoid aerated drinks ...for constipation increase fluid intake ...
