Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I'm really sorry for what you are suffering from. But let me tell you what my mom has been suffering from: Rheumatoid arthritis, migraine, cervical and lumbar disc degeneration(severe), plantar fasciitis, obesity, hypertension, severe ankle joint arthritis and vertigo. Please don't mistake me, I just want to stress that it's the way we see the world. It's like drawing a bigger line to make the other smaller. You are very strong mentally and that is enough for your happy life. Hope you understand. All the diseases you are suffering from are not completely treatable but controllable to that extent where they don't interfere your routine activities. So please take the prescribed medications regularly and also follow up to those who come to my clinic with similar problems, I suggest the following :

1) Its actually the mind that helps us tackle with a huge mountain like problem with a little smile.of course, mind can also magnify a mouse as a lion.so,mind control is the key to all problems.
2) The best techniques for mind control are yoga, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation.
3) They help both in mental and physical health.
4) Also try to distract your mind from physical illness by habituating any hobbies like book reading, gardening, watching movies of your choice, picnics with family and friends etc.

Hope my answer clarifies your doubts. Any further queries are always welcome. It's my pleasure to be of any help to you. Anticipating a positive change and a happy life for you soon. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi.m, Anesthesiologist
