How Can Fever In An Infant Be Treated?
My child age is one year he have a fever from 3 days doctor give antibiotics and cold syrup but the fever come back after 6 hours then doctor give ibukind suspension 4 ml in heigh fever the child doesn t eat any thing can we use meftal P suspension for heigh fever the blood report CBC and Ps is normal doctor say it is viral fever it will take time 5 day at least

Viral fever most probably it is. Continue paracetamol syrup. Wipe baby's body with saline soaked sponge to decrease the temperature.
