General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern. Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Use saline and suction.
2) Use Calpol 250mg for the fever.
3) Use a humidifier or a cool-mist vaporizer.
4) Elevate your child's head.
5) Use oral rehydration therapy if vomiting continue.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question Ill be glad to help.

Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
