How Can Fever Along With Cough And Cold In A Child Be Treated?

My three-and-a-half year old son had been suffering from cold, cough, fever and vomiting for past three days. His chest x-ray revealed pneumonia. His pediatrician has prescribed ceftriaxone injection, Rinifol-Z syrup, Azithral-XL, Criz-M syrup, Levolin plus syrup and Augmenting DDS. Does he need all these medicines to recover? Which of these can be avoided?
