How Can Fever Along With Body Ache And Headache Be Treated?

I came down with the flu on Monday night and have been running fevers ranging from 102-104 each day. Advil will bring it down and sometimes even break it however it comes back once the advil wears off. I saw my doctor on Thursday and unfortunately was too late for an anti-viral. Other than tightness in my chest, a dry cough, body aches, headache there are no other symptoms. I had a flu shot on October 21st. Just wondering when it may be time to revisit with my doctor. No blood work was completed at my appointment.
