Hello,

You have symptoms of excessive phlegm in the throat which is an indication that you are suffering from an ongoing upper airway infection. Bad breath is due to improper hygiene only. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start taking steam inhalation to clear drainage. You should do beta-dine rinses. Drinking a lot of water and tea and take in phlegm solving medication like Acetylcysteine is advisable. Visit ENT specialist once if symptoms keep on persisting and start treatment accordingly. Go for a proper course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
