How Can Excessive Ear Wax Be Removed?

I have ear pain I have excessive wax in my ear it s in painful I m on amoxicillin , neomycin , kolace drops and sweet oil nothing can take the pain away it s aching I can t sleep what can I do to remove the wax this issue has been going on since Saturday

Differential diagnosis in your case would be infected wax,wax granuloma.Wax dissolvants and antibiotics are commonly prescribed in these cases.Take pain killers(tylenol/acetaminophen),continue ear drops ,your ear might need cleaning after consulting your ent doctor
