How Can Esophagus Stricture Be Treated?

Hi ,My father was to undergo a eus examination to obtai a tissue from para endophaegal nodes in the subcarinal space and aortopulmonary window.but Egdscopy showed esophageal stricture at 25 cms from incisor.also endosonography examination showed aa 11 x 18 mm node in the post cricoid region.since the scope cannot go across the stricture eus fna was not done.What should be our next step for diagonosis and treatment of stricture in the food pipe.
