Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* So far as liver enzymes are concerned, many times they remain elevated for a long period of time.
* Prime focus is absence of any systemic symptoms, in which case, you should not panic and have regular check up every 3 months for liver.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
