General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you were my patient, I would add a diuretic (hydrochlorothiazide), and a calcium channel blockers (Amlodipine).

But before these, I would like to do an ECG and a cardiac sonography because I do not think it is a good sign if the blood pressure lowers during exercise. So, I recommend you to go to a cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anila Skenderi
