Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

There, please provide with names of medications that you have been taking. Free answer without consultation might not be proper diagnosis. So I would advise you to consult a local Physician. I suppose you might be taking Amlodipine or Thiazide diuretics. Avoid salt, take rest, avoid heavy works, no smoking or alcohol. etc etc. And please consult your doctor.

Thank you for the query. Hope this clarifies your concerns.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
