Dry mouth and dry eyes are classical symptoms of Sjogren's syndrome that is an autoimmune disease and it causes production of antibodies that target cells of individuals own body itself and in Sjogren's syndrome there is damage to secretory glands like tear glands and salivary glands. So my suggestion to you is to consult a Physician and get evaluated and if there is a doubt about Sjogren's syndrome then investigation like blood tests to detect antibodies, Schimer's test for eyes, salivary gland tests like Scintigraphy and biopsy can be advised.. For now along with tear drops you can also start installing artificial saliva drops and lubricating gels like Oralgel and chew sugar free chewing gum.. Drink plenty of water..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
