Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dry cough and allergic cold which could be due to severe upper respiratory tract infection a with allergic manifestations. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take combination of steam inhalation along with sipping of warm water. You should take combination of antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory and antihistamine medications such as take amoxicillin with clavulunate. You should avoid cold beverages intake and take nasal decongestants along with cough syrup. Visit ENT specialist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get it examined. Start treatment once proper diagnosis is confirmed. Get X-ray chest done along with paranasal sinus X-ray.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
