Hello,

As per your query, you symptoms of dizziness caused by exposure to bleach fumes which seems to be due to allergic reaction due to volatile bleach contents. They can cause respiratory problem along with nervous symptoms such as headaches and dizziness.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult general physician for proper examination and rule out condition like poisoning. Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , antihistamine medications and can give steroid injection as well. For now take some fresh air and drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
