How Can Dizziness Be Treated?

I am using this medication for 3weeks, feeling spinning and cannot take it any more, can i discontinue using it still have two more weeks to use, that deesiness makes me uncomfortable and cannot do much of anything, hope you can answere my situation, thanks YYYY@YYYY

Meanwhile some advices that I can give to you are
-Antihistamines such as meclizine (Antivert) may offer short-term relief from vertigo. -Anticholinergics help reduce dizziness. They include scopolamine skin patches
