General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
Thanks for asking to HCM.

Dizziness in your disorder is due to fall in blood pressure which ultimately leads to reflex sympathetic stimulation and finally rise in blood pressure and heart rate.
To prevent fall in blood pressure you must have change in dietary habbits like-
plenty of water intake
high salt diet
Fludrocortisone will also do the same thing.
Both the drugs are ok for the treatment. you should do above life style changes.

I hope it will help you.
