How Can Dizziness Be Treated After An Angioplasty?

Hi , My father had Angioplasty 4 months before & now he has dizziness while walking But BP, ECG are normal ...Want to know could be the reason and how can it be reduced as he is feeling week and not able to walk Please mention the intake /food or if any excercise which can help him to reduce the dizziness
