How Can Cough, Sore Throat, Fever And Stomach Discomfort Be Treated?
10 yr old girl with dry unproductive cough.slight sore throat. Very little spit up. Slight fever. Some stomach discomfort. Tonight, over the counter medicines not helping much. Tried multi symptom medicine. Ibuprofen for fever,saline spray, vapor rub on chest, trying humidifier now. Rolaids for gas and stomach. Not sleeping well. She s had for 3 days. Tonight it is worse. Usually med helps more. Otherwise healthy and active during day. Much less coughing during daytime.

Hi,
I would advise you to take an antibiotic like Azithromycin.
You also need to do X-ray chest and USG of the whole abdomen.
Blood culture test is also required.
