How Can Costochondritis Be Treated?

Dear doctor , I was told that I got Costochondritis last week. The doctor gave some Ibuprofen which I have been taking for over a week ,Still , pain and I feel so warm inside in the afternoon very day. However The outside of my body seems the same temp as usual ... Would you give me some direction on how to overcome this. P.S I have problem on falling sleep, too . Hello,

Costochondritis is a harmless condition and can be managed easily.You can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
Nothing much to worry and symptoms will settle in three to four days probably.
