How Can Constipation In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi my baby is 6weeks old ,m feeding him both breast milk and lactogen formula and he is gaining weight quicker he was born weighing 3,8 kg and now he at 6,5 kg what can I do to make sure he wont become obese?And again he cant pass stools easy?I dnt know if I am wrong by feeding him both as I am a first time mom pls help

I have read and understood your concern.
Constipation is common in infants and may not necessarily be a cause for concern.Breast milk and most infant formulas are readily absorbed with less residue to pass in faeces.An infant may go for many days without stooling. You just need to observe the baby for griping. As for the weight of the baby, it is not a problem yet.I will suggest you just feed the baby normally.I do not know why you practice mixed feeding but it is still not problem.
