How Can Completion Of Medical Abortion Be Confirmed?

hi dr, I am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant I took 2 pills cytotec orally and one inserted on my v. last sept 14. and then i had light bleeding. after 4 hrs i took 2 more pills. but slight bleeding and clots going out.. i had heavy beeding only once at night. i took 1 last pill on sept 16 and slight bleeding and clots. until now i had slight beeding.. btw i only feel lower back pain when taking cytotec. is the abortion successful

I can understand your concern.
It is very difficult to say accurately abput successful abortion.
Abortion do have failure rates and so there is always a chance of incomplete abortion.
Continuous lower back pain is seen with incomplete abortion.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and ultrasound abdomen to confirm this.
