ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your concern and it appears as you are having asthmatic bronchitis which is responsible for wheezing and getting relief by nebulizer.

Your shoulder pain on right side may be due to muscular or there may be associated consolidation in right apex of lung.

You should be in touch of chest specialist for thorough examination, investigation and management.

Thanks for consulting HCM.
