Suggest Treatment For Cold, Cough And Wheezing

1 week ago I had what I thought was merely a cold, no temp coughing and sneezing no throat involvement, 5 days in I was feeling like I was over the hump, 2 days later I started having pain in my right shoulder and then the pain moved to full body involvement but particularly glutes, down legs and the right shoulder. Pain is extreme, both aching and sharp pain. Urgent Care yesterday, have a low grade fever but lungs sound fine so put on amoxicillin and over the counter pain killers which wear off in less than half the time. Swab was negative for flu. The pain is unbearable. Not coughing much. Thoughts?
