How Can Chronic Diarrhea Be Treated?
Have had SEVERE diahhrea for about a month. It comes on so suddenly I typically cannot get to the toilet on time. It is like an explosion. Very runny. No hard stool in 30 days. Some noise in my stomach and discomfort right before the explosion. Constant through out the day and frequent occurences at night. E-coli?

You should be promptly evaluated for IBD (Inflammatory bowel disease) which is a condition where one get chronic diarrhea.
With blood sometimes, what are you describing is called tenesmus where abdominal cramps occur.
You should run some test and radiological investigations.
