How Can Chronic Diarrhea Be Treated?
I have had chronic diarrhea for close to 10 months. Had colonoscopy done 5 months ago & everything ok. My current gastrologist is having me take emodium everyday which helps. Can you give me a suggestion on why I am still having this problem please? Thank you.

You should have a stool test and stool culture test done. Very often such symptoms are caused by a chronic bowels infection. It can appear after antibiotics therapy or travel abroad.
RIfaximine is a good antibiotic to treat it. You should try it.
