How Can Chronic Coughing Be Treated?
I have tracheitis and am exhausted from coughing. It started six weeks ago. The last bout was from end November til second eeek of Feb. It is obviously a weakness with me but is there anything I can do. At the moment the only thing that will stop it is a broad spectrum 14 day antibiotic. No doctor is happy to give me this - is yherecany other remedy?

You should do lung ventilation tests to rule out chronic bronchitis or emphysema first and then treatment can be planned. It may include broad spectrum antibiotics but als some bronchidilatators should be used as well as inhalatory steroids.
