How Can Chronic Cough And Irritation In The Throat Be Treated?
Yes please if you may kindly help me with my query.... I am badly suffering from (what doctors say is dust allergy), I keep coughing and spitting cough(yellowish) most of the time and a tremendous amount of irritation in my throat and am having difficulty to sleep at night.
Yes, chronic cough and irritation in the throat can be treated. my dear, you may have dust allergy but your current symptoms of a cough with yellow sputum indicate superimposed infection, I would have recommended a course of oral antibiotics to such a patients along with cough syrup (dextromethorphan and diphenhydramine)along with antihistaminics steam inhalation, proper hydration will help a lot. identify the allergen and avoid it.
hope this was helpful please let me know and feel free to ask me any related question
