How Can Chest Pain And Elevated BP Be Treated?

I had chest pains and blood pressure was high and then back to normal. Had stress test but normal I check blood pressure at home one minute normal next its high. I not done anything different like eat different foods or any change in diet. I wake up with dry mouth, drooling from mouth.m I am also HIV+

I understand your problem.
Go to your physician and get your ECG done.
BP monitoring to rule out angina and myocardial Infarction.
If needed they will start appropriate anti hypertensives
