How Can Bruising And Swelling On The Toe After An Injury Be Treated?

I dislocated the 2nd biggest toe on my right foot on 10/31/16 I was seen in the E.R. they set my toe and taped it to the big one I m still in a lot of pain it feels really tight above my ankle going up my toe is swollen and dark purple and closest to where the toe extends from foot it curves to the left?

already first aid has been given. take x-ray to exclude fracture. apply betadine lotion on external injury and take inj tt if there is external injury.consult orthopaedic surgeon with xray report. give rest to part.
