How Can Breathing Sounds Be Loudly Heard In The Ear?

hi! i can hear my breathing loud in my left ear. This started when i go to the gym. After doing the treadmill, i can hear it in my left ear. I thought it s just because i do some exercise. However, this also happens even I m workin in the office. I know I should consult a doctor but I just try this and see to know the possible cause & solution. Thanks!

Hi,

Almost every people can hear breathing sound in the ear. I think you are getting more conscious about the sound. You can do a hearing check up. Sometimes fluid in the middle ear can cause breathing sound to feel more. So no need to worry. Take steam inhalation. Give nasoclear nose drop. Do a hearing test.
