How Can Breathing Difficulty Be Eased?

every time i start doing sports i get dizzy and my sight gets blurry, few years also happened but it wasn't so constant it became very constant right when training after summer vacation, also I had dificulty breathing and right now I cuff once in a while.

I can understand your situation and problem.
You are having breathlessness on exertion and now it has been worsen and also associated with cough.
So possibility of bronchitis is more.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out other lung conditions like pneumonia.. PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
