every time i start doing sports i get dizzy and my sight gets blurry, few years also happened but it wasn't so constant it became very constant right when training after summer vacation, also I had dificulty breathing and right now I cuff once in a while.

So possibility of bronchitis is more. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). Chest x ray is needed to rule out other lung conditions like pneumonia.. PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease.
