Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Domperidone tablets, which increase the milk production through its action on dopamine receptors. If the child is active and urine out put and weight gain are adequate, you can assume that the breast milk is enough for the baby. If you feel the milk is not adequate, formula feeds have to be started.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks
