General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your weight might change when you get treated for breast cancer. Most women gain pounds, but others lose some.
Many things can play a role. Chemotherapy brings a lot of changes in the body and even early menopause, which slows down metabolism.
Thus making it difficult to keep weight off.
I will advise you to stick to your balanced diet, eat more protein and get yourself an exercise routine after discussing with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
