How Can Body Rashes While Suffering From A Stomach Infection Be Treated?

Hello...I m female, 62 years of age and suffering from a stomach bug (flu) that started 2 days ago (Sunday /evening). I also started to run a fever at the time. Monday afternoon I began to break out in a rash (torso/inter thighs...all warm spots), I have been doing this most of my life since I found out that I was allergic to penicillin at the age of 12. It usually takes a couple of days before it goes away, but this time it s the worst I have ever had it...My hands and tops of my feet are as red as a bad sunburn and very sore to the touch especially my hands when I wash them. I took 3 Advil to see if it well alleve the soreness. What do you think??
