How Can Blood Pressure Levels Be Kept Under Control?

My BP was at 191/100 at 12:30 a.m. I took Hydralazine, as per doctor s orders. That didn t help much, so when it was 180/104 at 4:30 a.m. I took Metoprolol and Lisinopril, given by my Primary doctor. That reduced the BP to 78/48 at 9:30 a.m. which seems too low. How shall I manage this fluctuation?
