How Can Blood Pressure Levels Be Kept Under Control?

hello doctor,My brother is 43 years old, was been diagnosed with Bp 135/105 year ago and prescribed medicine amalong and BP is under control, later drug change to Cilacar T, then change to Metosartan 25, now change to telvas AM. Which of above drug is best effective to manage bp. Is any better and mild drug is recomended by you

Hello,

Telmisartan is a very good drug for hypertension which is widely used by doctors. So if your brother is maintaining well on this, I would not suggest to change it. Meanwhile, he should do some regular exercise or yoga, avoid high salt diet like pickle to control hypertension.
