hi .. i just got the result ofmy medical. It says, consider minimimal kochs infection,bilateral. May i know if what that means, (i know it sounds like tb)? and what you may suggest to do? what should i do to prevent my friend rather housemate from my condition? thanks

The tuberculosis of lungs has to be treated with a full course of anti tuberculous treatment as per guidelines of WHO.
To protect your friend from the condition, you have to get it evaluated whether it is contagious or not with the help of sputum microscopy.
