Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hemangiomas most of the times do not need treatment , and should not be operated if it do not produce symptoms. So I don't think you should go for its surgery, your backache is not because of the hemangioma if its in the site what you said. The backache you said is probably because some nerve is compressed in the spine, mostly this is because of the disk prolapse. I would advise you should do MRI of the spine to know the cause of your backache. If it a disk prolapse, the the pain can be relieved with physiotherapy, and posture changes, some pain killer may be needed, sometimes if everything fail surgery on the spine may be needed which is not a big surgery most of the times.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
