How Can Arthritis Be Treated?
I m looking for relief from what I believe is good old fashioned arthritis since I ve discovered NSAID s were at the root of my acid reflux. Also, been battling planter fasciitis. Just got some glucosomine and chondroitin with hyrulauric acid and was checking for possible side effects. I m female 62, generally healthy. Thanks.

Buy a good knee cap and do some physiotherapy. Go to a physiotherapist and ask for ultrasonic therapy. Also use English commode and don't put stress on your knees. Also take Glucosamine to slow the disease but first make sure you don't have diabetes.
