How Can Aortic Insufficiency Be Treated?

I have AORTIC INSUFFICIENCY,awaiting for an artificial Aortic valve for my case. I don t want to go through an open heart way to repair my valve. I also taking ZYTIGA/PREDNISONE combo for mCRPC. I don t want to go through repairing my VALVE now , I would want to wait for my mCRPC go away. Is this right??? I am feeling fine now.
