How Can Anxiety Attacks And Migraine Be Treated?

I have multiple concerns. 1.) My chest hurts periodically. I could be doing nothing or just doing something. Then it just starts hurting out of no where. It feels like someone sqeezing my heart and it just stops me in my tracts. It happens maybe a good 6-7 times a day. 2.) My right collarbone, hurts.. it has sudden sharp pains every now and then. I d say a good 5 times a day I get a sharp pain. 3.) My lower left under my rib case hurts out all of a sudden and the pain lasts up to a half hour. I don t know what causes it. It happens a good 3 times a week at most. 4.) I all of sudden get out of breathe easily and I start hyperventilating. I could be happy then the next moment that could happen. 5.) I m starting to think I m having anxiety attacks? What do I do? 6.) I start to get a migrane every evening.. for the last three months. TO the point I can barely withstand sound or light.. and I feel really fatique. All of these problems, tend to make it hard for me to do certain tasks of my everyday life. It s hard for me to go to work at times because of the amount of pain I m in. Can someone help me out?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
as per your complain I think you are suffering from panic disorders.
about your headache it's may be part of your anxiety rather than migrain.
so try to overcome from your anxiety with exercises, relaxation Therapy.
if you not relieve with this than consult your doctor.
