How Can Anxiety And Panic Attacks Be Managed?

Hi i have been having some rare symtoms lately. On abril i had this weird sensation in my chest. When I arrived to the hospital me blood pressure was 200/103. The ecocardiogram came out as sinus arrytmhia. My blood work came out negative and my chest xrays. But now i AM suffering from anxiety. Everytime i feel something in my chest my blood pressure goes very High,because i start pacnicking i had 2 parathyrectomy this Last year año my calcium levels are still high 11.70. This is starting to affect my lifestyle i AM so afraid that i am going to have a stroke.
