How Can Anxiety And Agoraphobia Be Treated?
I have bad anxiety and agoraphobia. But I m also a heavy smoker and overweight wit high blood pressure. I m 27 years old. Latley, I ve been getting bad chest pains before I leave the house on the left side, and it also comes with a feeling like there s a bubble between my heart and my left shoulder blade, and an unbearable headache which I assume is from how high my blood pressure gets when it comes to leaving the house, which in turn, makes my anxiety worse and blood pressure even higher.

Hello Sir,please STOP SMOKING as this is the root cause of your problems. Start exercise moderately. Have a healthy daily routine. and return back to me to consult after a week or so if you don't find it helpful
