How Can Anal Hemorrhoids With Rectal Bleeding Be Treated?

I'm 16 years old. I weigh about 155 pounds and I'm 5'6.
So I've had something hanging out of my anus for maybe less than 3 years. I haven't put much attention to it because it doesn't hurt and I thought it might just go away. The day before yesterday I had a bowel movement, I washed and the next time I used the bathroom to urinate, I saw a small patch of blood. It looked like flesh blood and it was just small. So the next time I used the bathroom there was still very very small amounts of blood but it was gone by the evening.
I looked up online about what could be the possible explanations and I learned about hemorrhoids. Could this be it? I'm really embarrassed to tell my mom about this and what are the possible treatments? Are there treatments that don't require my mom knowing about it?

Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly application over the anal part gives soothing action .

Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3 times a day and additionally after passing stools ) helps .
Avoid long drives , sitting prolong on hard surfaces .
