How Can An Ultrasound Scan Of A 19-year-old Be Interpreted?

Good morning doc. im joan 19yrs old yesterday I go to my ob and I have a viginal ultrsound and the result is. uterus- 5.0x3.8x3.8 cms/anteverted endometrium- 0.9 right ovary-3.1x2.2x1.4 left ovary-2.5x1.9x1.4 cervix- 2.3x2.1x2.0 others. - no free fluid in the culdesac what does it mean doc. please answer my question.
